General Terms of Use and Purchase

Scope of application. Access to the site

These terms govern the use of the site mokoshcosmetics.al and the purchase of products through the online store Mokosh Albania.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these General Terms, which apply together with the Privacy Policy and the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Mokosh Albania may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page. For each order, the terms in force at the time it is placed apply. Changes are not retroactive.

Purchase and ordering procedure

To place an order, the customer must be over 18 and have full legal capacity to act.

The customer selects the products, adds them to the cart and fills in the information required to complete the order, including name, delivery address, phone number and email address.

Before final confirmation, the customer must check the products, quantities, prices, shipping costs and the accuracy of the data entered.

If they create an account, the customer is responsible for keeping their login details secure and must notify us if they suspect unauthorized use.

If a product is unavailable or the order cannot be fulfilled, Mokosh Albania will contact the customer to agree on an alternative solution, or on cancellation and a refund of the amounts paid for the unfulfilled part.

Products and prices

Products, descriptions, ingredients, sizes and the respective prices are presented on mokoshcosmetics.al.

Prices are expressed in Albanian lek (ALL) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately when completing the order, unless otherwise announced.

Prices and offers may change. For orders already placed, the price shown at the time of purchase applies.

In case of an error in price or description, the customer will be notified before the order is fulfilled and can choose whether to proceed with the corrected details or cancel the order.

Photos are for illustration purposes. Shades may vary slightly due to screen and lighting, without affecting our obligation to deliver the product ordered.

Payment methods

Payment is made according to the methods available and shown when completing the order.

The final amount, including products, shipping and any applicable discounts, is shown to the customer before final confirmation.

In case of cancellation or inability to fulfill a paid order, the respective amounts are refunded as appropriate and in accordance with applicable legislation.

Delivery of products

Delivery is made throughout the territory of Albania. The standard shipping rates are:

  • 200 lek for Tirana.

  • 300 lek for other districts.

Any offer or exemption from these rates is announced before the order is completed.

The delivery time is communicated during the ordering process or in its confirmation. In case of delay or difficulty in delivery, the customer will be notified.

The customer must provide a correct address and a valid phone number. For changes to delivery details, they must contact us as soon as possible.

When receiving the order, it is recommended to check the packaging and report any visible damage. Accepting the delivery does not limit the right to report damage or defects discovered later.

Order cancellation

To request cancellation or modification of an order, the customer can contact us at info@mokoshcosmetics.al or on +355 69 522 8491, providing the order number.

The possibility of intervening before delivery depends on the stage of processing and dispatch, without affecting the customer's legal rights.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged, unless applicable legislation provides otherwise.

If the product arrives damaged, the customer must contact us as soon as possible, sending the order number, a description of the damage and photos of the product and packaging.

The damaged product must not be used. It is recommended to keep the original packaging to make verification easier.

After verification, we arrange the return and the replacement or refund, as appropriate. The costs of returning a product delivered damaged are covered by Mokosh Albania.

The refund is made through the original payment method or another method agreed with the customer, with no additional fees.

This policy does not limit the rights guaranteed to the customer by applicable consumer protection legislation.

Privacy and copyright

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legislation.

For requests regarding access to, correction or deletion of personal data, the customer can contact info@mokoshcosmetics.al. Requests are handled in accordance with the relevant legal conditions and limitations.

The texts, photos, logos, graphics and other materials on the site belong to Mokosh Albania or the respective rights holders. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without authorization is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
