Apply evenly to the skin of the body and face with a massage. Wait about 10 minutes until fully absorbed. Wash your hands after application. Don't forget to regularly exfoliate thicker skin (elbows, knees, ankles, heels). Use as needed, leaving an interval of at least 1 day between applications of the product.
There is no need to wear gloves when applying the balm, but you must remember to wash your hands thoroughly afterwards, especially the spaces between the fingers and around the nails.
