Massage a small amount of balm into the skin of the body and face in circular motions. Use once a day or every other day. Before the first application of the balm, it is worth doing a scrub. After use, wash your hands, especially the inside of them.
There is no need to wear gloves when applying the balm, but you must remember to wash your hands thoroughly after application, especially between the fingers and around the nails.
Scrub your elbows, knees, ankles and heels a day or several days before using the product, as these areas may colour more intensely.
