Rules of the “Anti-Cellulite Challenge” contest
1. The organiser of the contest (the “Contest”) is MOKOSH Didiuk spółka komandytowa, with its registered office in Kazuń Nowy, ul. Dolna 14, 05-152 Kazuń Nowy, REGON: 147183340000, NIP: 1182098062, KRS: 0000810619, website: mokosh.pl (the “Organiser”).
2. The Contest runs from 24.03.2026 to 26.03.2026, during which period a contest post is published every day on the Organiser’s Instagram profile @mokoshcosmetics (the “Contest Posts”). Each Contest Post will contain a separate contest question about ways of fighting cellulite (the “Challenge”).
3. The Contest is intended for natural persons who have at least limited legal capacity and who meet the conditions of these rules (the “Participant”).
4. To take part in a Challenge, the Participant must, by the end of the day on which the Contest Post for the given Challenge is published:
- follow the Organiser’s Instagram profile @mokoshcosmetics;
- answer the question posed in the Contest Post in a comment under it and tag one person;
- share the Contest Post on their own Instagram, in stories.
5. The Participant must take part in all three Challenges, which entitles the Participant to proceed to assessment by the committee and the selection of the Contest winners.
6. The Contest Organiser will, on 27.03.2026, select from the Participants who took part in all three Challenges three (3) winners of the Contest, whose answers in all the Challenges are judged the most interesting and in line with the theme of the Contest (the “Winners”).
7. The Winners will be selected by the contest committee (the “Committee”), appointed by the Organiser and made up of three persons. The Committee’s decision on the selection of the Winners will be announced on 27.03.2026 in a story or post by the Organiser on Instagram.
8. The prizes in the Contest for the Winners are (the “Prize”): a set of Mokosh cosmetics from the Cardamom line (balm, scrub, butter from the Cardamom line + massager) worth 328 zł + Calzedonia shopping vouchers worth 300 zł.
9. Participants are not entitled to receive a cash equivalent of the Prize. This does not affect the Participant’s rights arising from the warranty for defects, which will be exercised according to the rules set out in the provisions of law.
10. The Prizes will be sent at the Organiser’s expense to the address indicated by the Winners within the territory of Poland, within 5 working days of the announcement of the Contest results.
11. Employees of the Organiser and members of their immediate family may not take part in the Contest. Members of an employee’s immediate family are understood to be: ascendants, descendants, siblings and spouses.
12. By joining the Contest, the Participant consents to the Organiser using their personal data for the purposes of running the Contest and delivering the Prizes. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the purposes of running the Contest and delivering the Prizes. The Participant’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Organiser’s website.
13. The Contest is organised through the Organiser’s Instagram profile. The Organiser states that the Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or run in any way by the platform and is not associated with it. The Organiser is not affiliated with the entities that own the platform. By joining the Contest, the Participant declares that they release the platform from any liability arising from the Contest run by the Organiser.
14. Complaints regarding the Contest may be submitted, among other ways, by email or in writing to the address of the Organiser’s registered office. The complaint procedure takes 14 days. The Organiser will inform the Participant of the outcome of the complaint procedure in writing or at the email address given in the complaint – at the Participant’s choice.
15. The content of these rules is available during the Contest period at the Organiser’s registered office and on the Organiser’s website.
GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE
I acknowledge that: (a) Mokosh is the controller of personal data; (b) my personal data: first and last name, telephone number and Prize delivery address, will be processed by Mokosh solely for the purposes of running the Contest and delivering the Prizes; (c) providing data is voluntary – I have the right to refuse to provide personal data; (d) the legal basis for processing my personal data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – use of the data based on my consent; (e) the data may be made available for processing to service providers who perform certain tasks and functions on behalf of Mokosh, namely: services related to data storage and the online platforms indicated in letter b) above; Mokosh does not transfer personal data to other entities; Mokosh does not transfer personal data outside the territory of the European Union; (f) Mokosh processes personal data for the time necessary to carry out the promotion and advertising of the products included; (g) I have the right of access to the content of my personal data, as well as to rectify and amend it, and to request its erasure; (h) I have the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to request restriction of data processing, and the right to request data portability; (i) I have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland; (j) my personal data will not be profiled.
