Terms and conditions of the “Find the Mokosh advert on a bus” competition

1. The organiser of the competition "Find the Mokosh advert on a bus" (the “Competition”) is MOKOSH Didiuk spółka komandytowa, with its registered office in Kazuń Nowy, ul. Dolna 14, 05-152 Kazuń Nowy, REGON: 147183340000, NIP: 1182098062, KRS: 0000810619, website: mokosh.pl (the “Organiser”).

2. The Competition runs from 13.03.2026, the day on which the competition post is published in the Organiser's “mokosh lovers” group on Facebook (the “Competition Post”).

3. The Competition is intended for natural persons with full legal capacity who meet the conditions of these terms and conditions (the “Participant”).

4. To take part in the Competition, the Participant must, during the Competition period, by 17.03.2026 at 23:59:
- be a member of the Organiser's “mokosh lovers” group on Facebook;
- publish under the Competition Post in the Organiser's “mokosh lovers” group on Facebook a post containing a photograph of a bus with an advert for the mokosh anti-cellulite balm, as well as information about where the photograph was taken.

5. On the closing day of the Competition, 18.03, the Organiser will carry out verification and select all Participants who completed the Competition task during the Competition period (the “Winners”).

6. Verification that the conditions have been met and selection of the Winners will be carried out by the competition committee (the “Committee”), appointed by the Organiser and made up of three persons. The Committee's decision will be announced on 18.03.2026, and each of the Winners will receive information about meeting the conditions and about their entitlement to receive the prize by individual message via Facebook.

7. The prize in the Competition for each of the Winners is a voucher for purchases in the online shop mokosh.pl worth 50 zł, usable for a minimum order of 100 zł.

8. Participants are not entitled to receive a cash equivalent of the prizes. This does not affect the Participant's rights arising from the warranty for defects, which will be exercised according to the rules set out in legal provisions.

9. One Participant may receive only one Voucher, even if they complete the Competition task several times.

10. Vouchers will be sent to the Winners by individual messages via Facebook, within 5 working days of the announcement of the Competition results.

11. Employees of the Organiser and members of their immediate family may not take part in the Competition. Immediate family members of an employee are understood to be: ascendants, descendants, siblings and spouses.

12. By joining the Competition, the Participant consents to the Organiser's use of their personal data for the purposes of running the Competition and delivering the prizes. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the purposes of running the Competition and delivering the prizes. The Participant's personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Organiser's website.

13. The Competition is organised via the Organiser's profile on Facebook. The Organiser notes that the Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or run in any way by the platform and has no connection with it. The Organiser is not affiliated with the entities that own the platform. By joining the Competition, the Participant declares that they release the platform from liability arising from the Competition run by the Organiser.

14. Complaints regarding the Competition may be submitted, among other ways, by e-mail or in writing to the address of the Organiser's registered office. The complaint review procedure takes 14 days. The Organiser will inform the Participant of the outcome of the complaint procedure in writing or at the e-mail address indicated in the complaint – at the Participant's choice.

15. The content of these terms and conditions is available during the Competition at the Organiser's registered office and on the Organiser's website.

GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE

I acknowledge that: (a) Mokosh is the controller of personal data; (b) my personal data: first name and surname, telephone number and prize delivery address, will be processed by Mokosh only for the purposes of running the Competition and delivering the prizes; (c) providing the data is voluntary – I have the right to refuse to provide personal data; (d) the legal basis for processing my personal data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – use of the data on the basis of my consent; (e) the data may be made available for processing to service providers who carry out certain tasks and functions on behalf of Mokosh, namely: providing services related to data storage and the internet platforms indicated in letter b) above; Mokosh does not transmit personal data to other entities; Mokosh does not transfer personal data outside the territory of the European Union; (f) Mokosh processes personal data for the time necessary to carry out the promotion and advertising of the products involved; (g) I have the right of access to the content of my personal data, as well as to rectify and modify it, and to request its deletion; (h) I have the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to request restriction of the processing of data, and the right to request data portability; (i) I have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland; (j) my personal data will not be profiled.
