Mokosh Young Contest – If you had a day off just for yourself, what would you do?
1. The organiser of the contest (the “Contest”) is MOKOSH Didiuk spółka komandytowa, with its registered office in Kazuń Nowy, ul. Dolna 14, 05-152 Kazuń Nowy, REGON: 147183340000, NIP: 1182098062, KRS: 0000810619, website: mokosh.pl (the “Organiser”).
2. The Contest runs from 21.03.2026, the day on which the contest post (the “Contest Post”) is published on the Organiser’s Instagram profile @mokoshyoung, until 23.03.2026.
3. The Contest is intended for adult natural persons with full legal capacity, as well as minor natural persons with limited legal capacity who have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian to take part in the Contest under the conditions set out in the Rules (the “Participant”).
4. To take part in the Contest, the Participant must, during the Contest period, that is by 23.03.2026 at 18:00, answer the contest question under the Contest Post: If you had a day off just for yourself – what would you do?
5. The Contest Organiser will, by 24.03.2026, select from the entries submitted by Participants during the Contest period 3 winners of the Contest, whose answers are judged the most interesting and in line with the theme of the Contest (the “Winners”).
6. The prizes in the Contest (the “Prizes”) for the Winners are:
1) For first place – a voucher worth 300 zł for purchases in the www.mokosh.pl shop, a set of the entire Mokosh Young cosmetics line, a Mokosh Young drop gel and a bag, with a total value of 483 zł;
2) For second place – a set of the entire Mokosh Young cosmetics line, a Mokosh Young drop gel and a cosmetic bag, with a total value of 473 zł;
3) For third place – a selected set of Mokosh Young cosmetics and a Mokosh Young drop gel, worth 222 zł;
7. The Winners will be selected by the contest committee (the “Committee”), appointed by the Organiser and made up of three persons. The Committee’s decision on the selection of the Winners will be announced on 24.03.2026 by 10:00 in a post by the Organiser on Instagram.
8. Participants are not entitled to receive a cash equivalent of the Prize. This does not affect the Participant’s rights arising from the warranty for defects, which will be exercised according to the rules set out in the provisions of law.
9. The Prizes will be sent at the Organiser’s expense to the address indicated by the Winner within the territory of Poland, within 7 working days of the announcement of the Contest results.
10. Employees of the Organiser and members of their immediate family may not take part in the Contest. Members of an employee’s immediate family are understood to be: ascendants, descendants, siblings and spouses.
11. By joining the Contest, the Participant consents to the Organiser using their personal data for the purposes of running the Contest and delivering the Prizes. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the purposes of running the Contest and delivering the Prizes. The Participant’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Organiser’s website.
12. The Contest is organised through the Organiser’s Instagram profile. The Organiser states that the Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or run in any way by the above-mentioned platform and is not associated with it. The Organiser is not affiliated with the entities that own the platforms. By joining the Contest, the Participant declares that they release the platform from any liability arising from the Contest run by the Organiser.
13. Complaints regarding the Contest may be submitted, among other ways, by email or in writing to the address of the Organiser’s registered office. The complaint procedure takes 14 days. The Organiser will inform the Participant of the outcome of the complaint procedure in writing or at the email address given in the complaint – at the Participant’s choice.
14. The content of these rules is available during the Contest period at the Organiser’s registered office and on the Organiser’s website.
GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE
I acknowledge that: (a) Mokosh is the controller of personal data; (b) my personal data: first and last name, telephone number and Prize delivery address, will be processed by Mokosh solely for the purposes of running the Contest and delivering the Prizes; (c) providing data is voluntary – I have the right to refuse to provide personal data; (d) the legal basis for processing my personal data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – use of the data based on my consent; (e) the data may be made available for processing to service providers who perform certain tasks and functions on behalf of Mokosh, namely: services related to data storage and the online platforms indicated in letter b) above; Mokosh does not transfer personal data to other entities; Mokosh does not transfer personal data outside the territory of the European Union; (f) Mokosh processes personal data for the time necessary to carry out the promotion and advertising of the products included; (g) I have the right of access to the content of my personal data, as well as to rectify and amend it, and to request its erasure; (h) I have the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to request restriction of data processing, and the right to request data portability; (i) I have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland; (j) my personal data will not be profiled.
